 While most wine critics and reviewers look to Europe for their vision, we look away from Europe, not forgetting our experience for those wines. Washington wines are what we make. but we are well aware of the relationships that this Merlot has to the world.

The 2021 Pollard Merlot is an easy drinking wine of medium weight framed with a fine tannin structure. Layers of black cherry and plum accented by cedar and sage give it a very savory taste.  A perfect accompaniment to roasted vegetables and red meat.
