The 2021 Isla Rosé is a very special release from Robin Pollard. Named after her granddaughter, Isla Jayne, the Rosé is a reflection of her personality. Full of spunk, brightness, and warmth.
 
The Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from the Pollard Vineyard located in the upper part of the Yakima Valley. It has great body, a welcome aspect compared to your typical Rosé. Peach and Strawberry notes show through the wine's youth and are rounded out by the stirrings of a spring bouquet of kichen herbs. Pairs beautifully with grilled pork chops, roasted chicken or spicy dishes. Or enjoy on its own while sitting on the front porch.
